Eric was punctual, but I felt overpriced for the service and the amount of time spent on the job; $250.00 for less than 30 minutes of work for basic gutter cleaning.

Reviews
I found Eric on Thumbtack to clean fungi and mold on my house wall. He initially asked for 200 bucks. When I said it was too expensive, he dropped it for 150. I told him I need to think about it. When I called him back, he jacked up the price to $175. The first red flag! Wanting to support veteran business owners, I agreed to that price. He agreed to show up at 8am next day. Then he called saying he has a school meeting in morning and he would come at 8:30. I gave him a benefit of flexibility. When I contacted him after 8:30, he said he couldn't come until 9:20. A lot of dramas. Bad experience! Glad I didn't go with him.
I hired him to clean the gutter of our house . He did what he promised . Thanks
What sets this company apart from the other ones I passed on was Erics level of customer service. From the start he was responsive, explained the process, and was punctual. Sometimes it’s not about the lower price for the project, it’s about the experience as a whole. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer 👍🏽
Eric was very precise on his work and cleaned up afterwards. Eric cleaned out gutters around home and his estimate was spot on. Thank you
Easy to work with, great price, and even better job done on time - thank you!
Eric was great and would highly recommend! He called right after I submitted the quote request and explained the process very thoroughly. He came out the next day and did a wonderful job cleaning and sanitizing my gutters! Plus they cleaned up the mess, didn't leave anything behind! He was excellent at communicating and love that the company is Veteran owned!
Eric is great, informative with a good price and good quality to work to match. Thank you for all your help!
I was looking at someone to do a quick pressure wash. It was the same day, value for money and very quick. You don’t often get value, quality and speed.
The work was of good quality. They were responsive and punctual. Can't ask for much more.
Clear communication and a great value. Eric did exactly what he said he would, and the porch and driveways look amazing.
Great communication and quick response. Will continue to work with
Eric was very responsive and thorough to clean our gutters. Great service!
Erik and crew did an excellent job cleaning out my gutter that had a decade of packed dirt with wire mesh screens . Their work was thorough and professional . I would highly recommend them.
These men were amazing. I bought a new house and they helped me clean the gutters which looked like it collected a years worth of debris. They were quick and they also cleaned after they were finished. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for everything
Everyone was very efficient, polite, and my home was left clean and debris free.
Eric was very responsive and offered a fair price. Arrived on time and did a great job.
Eric of Operation Clean Freedom and his crew were consummate professionals from the very first correspondence through the completion of their time at my property. Although the project required more than initially anticipated, Eric remained communicative throughout the entire process and was honest and transparent about the limitations in fully completing the scope of work. He gave the job his very best effort, and I truly appreciated his professionalism, integrity, and candor. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again for future projects and can wholeheartedly recommend his services.
Would hire again!
Great job. I love my Christmas lights!
