Had Optim Air USA come out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent, and I’m glad I did. They showed up on time, got right to work, and were professional the entire time. My dryer vent was seriously clogged, and they didn’t rush it. They made sure everything was fully cleared out and safe before wrapping up. You could tell they take pride in doing the job properly. They also took the time to explain what they were seeing and gave me some useful tips moving forward, which I appreciated. Overall, solid service and good people.
