Reviews
Professional and honest. I really appreciated that he pointed out potential issues that will need to be addressed in the future. Prices are reasonable.
Gave me a competitive quote right away as I requested; showed up the date they said, completed the work in one day while other companies stated they'd take 4; hauled away by swamp cooler for me while other company said they'd not be able to do so; saved thousands.
Pedro is wonderful - he’s patient, accommodating, a good communicator, and humble. He and his team were thorough and efficient and made sure all my mother’s concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Pedro is comfortable and confident in his planning and work, and most importantly transparent, which puts him easily ahead of his competition. He took the time to photo document all his work - before, in-progress, and after - and then walk my mom through all of it. Pedro is tech-savvy, using drone photography, online photo sharing, and web-based invoicing. We are lucky to have found Pedro on Thumbtack and look forward to working with him again.
Work quality excellent, knowledgeable, very pleasant and efficient. Price also less than I expected.
Contractor did quality work with great attention to detail. The estimate process was very easy and I never felt pressured. I'm very pleased with the project. I'm attaching a few before and a few after photos.
I really appreciate Optimum Roofing. My roof is about 13 years old, all pipes needed resealing. I had cracked and slipped shingles and a small leak on the side. They knew exactly how to fix it explained everything very clearly to me. They are fairly priced, efficient and a have a great crew! I highly recommend Optimum Roofing!
I am extremely happy about the work performed by optimum roofing. They were quick to respond to my request for quote and came out quickly and performed the work at a price that I found reasonable. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs to have their roof repaired. I especially like the use of a drone afterwards to see the completed work.
I recently had my bbq cover roof (10'x17') replaced by optimum roofing. When I called them for a quote they responded within minutes. We set a date for them to come out and evaluate the job. Pedro showed up and took measurements, pictures etc. He explained the process to me and how they will do the roof. Later that day Pedro sent me the estimate to do the job. I hired them and set a date to do the job. When the workers showed up to complete the job they were knowledgeable in the field and handled the job work professionalism. Once the job was completed (the same day) they cleaned and swept the area making sure everything was picked up. A few days later Pedro sent me pictures of each step the worker did from tear down to the completed roof. I would definitely hire Pedro and optimum roofing again.
Pedro and his team did a great job in repairing my roof. I'll recommend them for sure.
