Shane and his team were professional, straight forward and finished our plumbing issue within a matter of days to explain how to fix the drainage system. They made sure the job was done correctly and explained everything that was going to be done in detail. We enjoyed working with their team. Thank you again!

Wow, I'm thoroughly impressed. The inspector of our house said there was a leak from our tankless water heater. We asked Option One Plumbing to come out and give us an estimate. Shannon arrived even a little early and looked at the water heater and saw that the condensation pipe had fallen out. She replaced the pipe and said that the moisture was normal and even expected with a Navien condensing tankless water heater. She was extremely nice and very professional. AND she didn't even charge me anything!! I'll be keeping Option One Plumbing in my list of contacts for anything related to plumbing in the future.
Dj was by far the best plumbing that I have dealt with. He is actually the 6th one to come and check out a problem that a previous plumber messed up and inspected my entire house and found other issues and found me the best price to get it all taken care of and shouldn't have any major issues for the next 20+ years. I really appreciate him after spending thousands just this week for unnecessary things. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
The estimate was very pricey. The worst part of it was that the person that came home for the estimate didn’t even touch the faucet before providing us an estimate. So the service call was essentially a scam and gave us a quote of $600 to replace a faucet that didn’t needed replacing. We hired a local plumber who didn’t even charge us for fixing that faucet as all it needed was a little tightening. Tried selling us a water filtration system and a prv before even talking about the issues he came to “estimate”
Terrible and expensive they will not give prices upfront After that they will charge you arm and a leg
Very friendly! Professional, Punctual and knowledgeable.
Very nice and professional but double what I was willing to spend on my new shower surround.
Bog was phenomenal. he was right on time and explained what was wrong with the drain, despite it being an older house.
Option One Plumbing did an exceptional job fixing our toilet. They were the first to respond to my inquiry, checked in before coming to my home, and gave us great service for the price! I also appreciated how professional they were and how fast they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. I’m going to save their contact as our go to plumbers go forward.
We’re two full weeks into a quoted 1 day project. First crew was fired after jackhammering 20’ of trenches in one room (only a few feet were needed). Pipe finally got installed but now its been a week since we’ve heard from them and we have an open crater in our house.
Amazing company, right on time always helpful and did there job.
I requested an estimate and the company was very prompt in responding. Everything was explained accordingly. The staff were very professional.
Cade was very helpful
Logan is extremely knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. Would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work.
From the quote to the work, completely satisfied and I wouldn’t hire them again for more work. Thank you.
