Kirk was so professional and helped me when I had the crisis of a sewer backup - into my shower! He diagnosed and fixed my problem very promptly and came to my house right away. Highly recommend Oracle and I'm keeping their business card for future.
Very responsive, professional and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!
KIRK was right on time, very personable and thoroughly explained my options regarding the process of replacing or fixing three worn out faucets. I went the replacing option. His time estimate for the replacements was to the minute. Highly recommended… Thanks Kirk!
Great experience start to finish. Will hire again in the future.
Working with Oracle was an absolute pleasure. My plumber was very knowledgeable, polite and very professional. He reached out when he was running only a few minutes late. He took his time to explain the issue and the repairs. He went to the store to purchase the equipment and came right back. He had the equipment installed in no time, cleaned up the area and even took the trash. The price was more than reasonable, and there was no excessive up charge. I would strongly recommend Oracle Enterprises 3 for all your plumbing needs. Great company to work with. I will be reaching out again soon for my next project.
A lot of people come and try and upcharge you after they see what's going on even though it's the same scope of work these guys did not do that one bit they kept it at the same price and did just as much work if not more work than I expected while clearing the drain did a great job and was appreciative of it
Requested help at night and the company reached out late to schedule a “first thing in the morning” appointment. They were able to fix my issue quick and give me some pointers so ILL definitely be using them in the future.
I was in need of a new HVAC company to work with. It’s usually hit or miss whether they’ll be on time and actually explain what they’re doing. But I lucked out this time. the tech explained everything he did without trying to upsell me and was here in the window he stated. Will definitely use again.
Kirk was a fantastic resource. Heck.of a nice guy and a pleasure having in our home. Would certainly recommend him without question.
Great experience! He did an excellent job clearing out my clogged pipe. He was professional, fast, and efficient, and had everything flowing properly again in no time. I highly recommend his services!
Kirt did an excellent job installing the toilet. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He even went to Lowe’s with my wife to help her pick out the right toilet. I highly recommend Kirt for his professionalism, helpfulness, and outstanding service.
Kirk did a great job fixing the leak from our toilet. He took time to explain what’s going on and his plan to address the problem.
He is a reliable, professional, kind, respectful, and very personable individual. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend his services. I will gladly refer him to all of my friends and family.
Very argumentative, we tried to tell him exactly what we needed. Talk down to my husband who has Parkinson’s he is the nicest guy in the world. He still tried to talk down to him. No need for that. Did not finish it the first day had to call him back did not come when he said he was going to come came late.
Kirk arrived at my home to fix the emergency within 2 hours and executed the job with professional and great quality. I highly recommend Kirk!
I reached out to Kirk and he responded right away. He was able to come out to my property the next morning and fixed the leak. He gave me a fair price, went to the store and took pictures of what I needed. He was always full transparent with pricing and very responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone!
Kirk was great!! Had an issue with 2 different kitchen sinks in two different houses (one we were in the process of selling and the other was just moved into). Kirk responded promptly, was available the next day and did both homes for us. And this was the day before a holiday weekend!! Thank you Kirk!! You were a life saver…..and a wet kitchen floor saver as well.
I would have also selected Punctuality and Responsiveness if I could choose 5! Excellent work, constant communication, and unclogged my kitchen sink for much less than other quoted prices. Will definitely hire Oracle Enterprises for all of my plumbing needs!
He responded quickly to my request for a plumber and he was able to see me the same day. He explained what he had to do and provided me the information that I needed to make a decision
