They were stressful to work with because of organizational skills and knowledge of prior system that we had. The owner had the knowledge but many employees were under qualified. In the end I think we have a good new system.

So far so good. Their technician made the repair quickly and not condensation leaks.
Of the 3 pros recommended when I submitted the request on Thumbtack, Roman was the only one that responded within 10 minutes. After getting information about my AC unit, he quoted me an all inclusive price from the get go. No upsell, no tacking on surcharges, no BS. I will say that we did get more diagnostics and quotes from a few other companies, but none were as competitive or as responsive to all our questions. Once we agreed to go with Orbit, Roman gave me a window of 9-11AM on a Friday and his guys showed up exactly when he said they would. The guys worked continuously without slacking or goofing around. His guys also cleaned up after around the unit as well. By noon, we finally had cool air again and we are happy we chose Orbit to complete our project. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Orbit again or recommend them to others. Thanks again Roman!
We are so happy with your services. Vlad did an excellent job at fixing the issue. I was very impressed that someone came out within a few hours! I would definitely keep you in mind for future services.
Roman did an excellent job fixing my AC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the system working properly again. He was also friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate his great service and would definitely recommend Roman to anyone who needs AC repair. Excellent work!
Roman is super responsive and provided great quality of work. This morning I had an emergency leak of the water inlet to the fridge and needed to be taken care of immediately. Roman received my call and be at my home within 30 min for diagnosis. Then he went on to get parts for repair and finished fixing the leak the same day before noon. I was super grateful and impressed by the work quality and efficiency Roman provided. THANK YOU! I will definitely work with him again and recommend him to my friends.
Roman from Summon Repair was great! I picked Summon Repair for the good reviews and my experience was 5 stars. Within seconds of submitting my request, Roman reached out via text then a phone call providing his next ETA. Roman was proactive, professional, and thorough. Everything was fixed the same day I submitted my request. I would recommend Roman and Summon Repair.
Roman was great! He was quick to reply and to install our new range hood. He double checked everything and cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend him for any needs!
Roman is fantastic. He’s extremely detail oriented and goes above and beyond to not only do the job, but make sure the job is done right. Very friendly, professional, and punctual. Great hire and will work with again.
Roman did an excellent job on my new kitchen sink. He did meticulous measurements and did such a clean job. His workmanship is top notch and he is punctual. He also fixed my screen door by replacing only the wheels and not the entire screen. I also had him do miscellaneous work around my house which he did with efficiency and quality. I am going to have him replace my cooktop next and I know his work will be just as superb. I’ve already passed his info to a few friends that also need things to be done around their homes.
