Orest replaced a bathroom faucet. He responded quickly, assured that the work could be done soon, and was prepared to professionally handle an additional challenge that came up so that that could be fixed as well. Throughout, his communication was prompt and excellent and he was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended and would definitely hire him again!

About Orest Polishchuk
Hi, I’m Orest, owner of ORCO Construction. My team and I provide a full range of home repairs, renovations, and remodeling services throughout the Portland metro area. From individual repairs to larger home improvement projects, we can coordinate several types of work together. Tile and flooring are a major focus of our work. We install kitchen backsplashes, tile floors and walls, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and prefinished engineered hardwood. We pay close attention to preparation, tile layout, even grout lines, neat cuts, and the finishing details around edges, transitions, and trim. Our services also include painting, drywall, doors, baseboards, decks, fences, and general home repairs. Depending on your project, we can handle demolition and debris removal, subfloor repairs and preparation, installation, and finishing work. I personally coordinate each project and keep you informed along the way. We protect your home, keep the workspace organized, and clean during the work and after completion. For painting projects, we use premium Sherwin-Williams products, and my contractor discounts can help you save on quality materials. Before starting, we agree on the scope, price, and schedule. Any additional work requires your approval. Once the work is complete, we review the result with you before payment. Send a few photos and tell me what you have in mind. For tile and flooring projects, approximate measurements and your preferred materials are helpful. I’ll be happy to discuss your ideas and arrange a free on-site estimate.

When my DIY vanity replacement got out of hand and revealed the need to replace the tile, I reached out to Orest. He responded quickly, communicated clearly about the scope of the work and the cost, and was able to start quickly. Seeing Petro work made me happy I didn’t try it myself. They did great work and now I’m back on track.
Good communication and polite with great results
The Worker showed up on time and did a very thorough job . The room looks great.
I had ORCO install a new kitchen sink faucet. Igor arrived on time and did a good installation. I was impressed with the clean up as well as the quality control of testing for any leaks or malfunction. I also met Orest, Igor’s brother who stopped by to deliver a special needed tool. I was given a business card to keep on file & learned about all the capabilities they can help with, painting, drywall, tile, etc. I found them to be nice hardworking guys with good pricing, I will use ORCO Construction on my next project
Orest did a fantastic job. Replaced and upgraded my broken disposal to a quieter and better model. 30 minutes in and out. Orest can do anything!
Orest was quick to respond and very easy to work with. Fairly priced as well. One of his team members painted my master bedroom all by himself and did a great job.
Orest and his brother were prompt, professional and did quality work! They painted 2 bedrooms for us. We would hire them again. His business services many different types of repair. He is very knowledgeable about many areas of construction.
Overall, a great experience wherein communication on my terms was particularly important since I was abroad at the time if the project. Although I chose the colors, I considered his input on the layout which ultimately created the best result.
No need to look any further. I will be hiring Orest for several more projects.
It was a pleasure to have this done by Orest. He answered quickly and was here when he said and we talked out the options and he took care of everything quickly and I must add very professionally. I appreciate how he handled the whole job.
Orest was fantastic! He quickly responded to the inquiry (over a holiday weekend!), was able to do both jobs (one plumbing, on flooring fix) within two days of the request, and th work quality is excellent. Would highly recommend!
Orest quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solution with a solid quote including labor and materials. He arrived promptly within the expected time and solved my problem same day. Fantastic service!
Orest was super quick to respond and helpful in setting up our project. I needed an accent wall painted with a very high ceiling and it was easy to get scheduled. His team arrived on time and was super professional and respectable. They had all the tools and equipment to take care of it. Very happy with the quality of work and how it turned out. Would hire again for future work if needed.
There is a reason Orest has the highest reviews. I have hired many contrators over the years and this guy is worth much more thsn he is charging. He did my appliance install perfectly, cleaned everything, and with extra attention to detail. I was very impressed. Call him.
Orest came out today on very short notice and moved a cabinet to a new location. He even offered to touch up the pain, but I’m planning on painting the kitchen so his help was not necessary. I’m very impressed with his work and know I will reach out to him when my next home project is needed!! Thank you Orest
Amazing job! I would hire this Company again for any future painting projects!! Very professional and I love the color!
Orest did an amazing job! Saved me so much time and energy. I am going to rehire him for all my house assembly and project needs!
