Erynn did an absolutely excellent job with organizing my space. She assessed the space and the clutter, and then she laid out a plan after also listening to my goals for the space. She works incredibly quickly and efficiently, and she is very responsive and professional. She is INCREDIBLY worth the cost, and she does not overestimate the time needed to declutter. She quickly organized things from my bathroom drawers and cabinets to my closet to my main living space. She helped me gather things in trash bags, break down boxes after we unpacked them, and then she helped me dump everything away so I wouldn’t have to do it myself. She was also able to take all the boxes of donatable items I had, as she knew all of the nearby places in need of clothing and materials. We finished exactly at the time she predicted, so I know she’s done this so many times before. She’s a professional, I would literally recommend her to anyone else. She’s kind, nonjudgmental, and, again, extremely professional. Her work is absolutely excellent. Now I’m more relaxed and happy in my space and so is my cat. Definitely send her a pic of your space for her to assess, and she can send you a link to Amazon items you can get ahead of the session or after to optimize your space. It is SO helpful and needed for someone like me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

She is freaking amazing!
Erynn just stormed out of my house and slammed the door like a child throwing a tantrum. She is immensely unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone having her in their home. She had a terrible attitude from the day before. Firstly, I was scheduled for Friday evening. She cancelled the appointment less than an hour before the scheduled time, and tried to blame it on me and the Thumbthack app, despite confirming the date and time both in writing and verbally on the phone. She proceeded to lie and attempted to gaslight me into rescheduling. I understand that people have bad days, so I tried to accommodate her and told her that even though I had limited availability, I was willing to permit her to redeem herself and get as much done as she can the following day. However, when she showed up today she had a terrible attitude and kept whispering and whining with her assistant, Ryan, who appeared to be a nice person. I have nothing negative to say in reference to Ryan. I heard Erynn lie to him and tell him that I expected the project to be completed in 4-hours. However, I advised her that she can get as much done is 3 hours as she can and we would schedule another day. I confronted Erynn about her bad attitude about 30minutes in. She tried to charge me for an hour, claiming she was working for “well over an hour”. I reminded her that she was comping me an hour for her cancellation the day before. She then advised that I still had to pay Ryan. Which I was happily going to do. However, Erynn quoted me $100 per hour—$65 for her and the remainder for Ryan. Today she tried to charge $50 for Ryan’s 30 minutes. Not only does she have a bad attitude, but she is also bad at math. After I informed her that her math was bad she decided to take no payment and stormed out and slammed the door. I had no intention of posting a review until she slammed the door and starting trash talking right outside the door. No one should have a person like that in their home—she attempted to gaslight me twice and lied to my face three time within 24hours of dealing with her. Please see screenshots.
