Happy I chose Orlando. His estimate is his cost. No changes or oversell. He offered additional services he provides which was helpful. I’ve needed my carpet stretched for a while now. It looks great. I will use him again for my basement carpet very soon.

Reviews
He did a great job and it was really a disgusting situation before he fixed it
I had an 830am appointment today and due to a misunderstanding in a thumbtack text, instaed of calling to clarify if i wanted to change the date, the guy text in thumbrack at 8:15 (15 mins before the scheduled time) that they are not coming until Tuesday. I called and told him I have already cleared my schedule for today whch is a Saturday because I am off work. I saw he had a high rating, but this was very unprofessional. I called him at 8:50 after noticing his team had not arrived. A simple phone call could have eliminated me cancelling plans, wasting my time, and this bad review.
before and after - did excellent work very quickly and great price. flexible and convenient and very easy to deal with as well! highly recommended!
Before and After. Orlando was great. Everything was done in 30 minutes and very good price. Very professional!
Orlando and crew did an incredible job. They removed very old carpeting and padding in several parts of the house and it made a world of difference. The hardwood floor looks gorgeous now. We are going to have it refinished, and I don't have to worry someone will suggest a bunch of extras because they left the original wood in excellent shape.
We agreed upon a price when I sent pictures and had a free estimate. Work was quality and within budget.
Came out immediately and did a phenomenal job! Patched up burns on my new carpet
Professional Review for Carpet Removal Services We recently hired Orlando for carpet removal, and the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and efficiency. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup the experience seamless and stress-free.
Orlando was very responsive,, quick to resolve the issues. The value was phenomenal.
Orlando did a wonderful job repairing a hole in our carpet! He was prompt, communicated clearly, and asked me questions to ensure I was happy with the result. It looks seamless and professional. Note the color looks slightly off because we used brand new carpet for the patch — Orlando offered to take carpet from a closet to avoid that, I chose not to. It will look more uniform over time, and I appreciate that he pointed this out before finishing the job. Highly recommend!
Excellent work and tidied up after. Was quick and did a fantastic job. Would absolutely recommend and would use again.
Professional, punctual, and responsive! We had two areas where we needed to have the carpet fixed and Orlando did a great job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
A top-notch experience. He his partner came, took up ancient carpet and removed everything. He took extra care to make sure everything was fine. I highly recommend this company.
Totally satisfied with the service Mr. Orlando provided.
Orlando was very friendly and professional and shared his expertise. Also quoted very fair pricing. Would recommend and work with him on future projects!! Excellent quality work.
My carpet was badly wrinkled had to re scratched my carpet, I am extremely happy with the quality of work, professionalism and punctuality.Gave 5 start and highly recommend Orlando Carpet LLC.
Orlando is a carpet savior! The original stretching was poorly done, leaving the carpet loose and causing tenant complaints. Orlando came in and performed his magic. The result? Flawless carpets that look brand new. He was on time, extremely courteous, and exuded professionalism. The tenants were ecstatic with the results, and so was I. If you need any carpet repair or installation, Orlando is the only person you should call. His work is nothing short of extraordinary!
I wish I could give Orlando 10 stars! I was dog sitting for a friend, and her dog ripped my carpet. Orlando was very responsive when we initially chatted. He didn’t try to rip me off, and his quote was very fair. Orlando took his time to do the work, paying close attention to detail and doing a spectacular job (see before and after pictures). He’s very polite and friendly too. This was my best experience on Thumbtack so far! Thank you so much, Orlando! I’ll definitely reach out again for any related work.
I couldn’t be more pleased - highly recommend. I hired Orlando Carpet LLC to strip some dingy carpet from my stairs and remove the tacking, and the results were above and beyond my expectations. The tacking wasn’t only completely removed, but the holes were repaired perfectly. I can’t even tell there was ever carpet there in the first place.
