Guy came out on 3/23 to measure and discuss. Said he would have an estimate early the following week, as he meets with clients during the week and gets caught up on estimates over the weekend. It is now 2 weeks after 3/23 and I’ve heard nothing back. Additionally, they have not even responded to my attempts to see where they are on the estimate or if they are still interested.

Reviews
The deck repair has not begun but I'm fully confident I'll be happy. Sean was great. He fully understood what I wanted and did not "push" for more. I like that. A great first impression and with Sean being so easy to talk I knew after speaking with other contractors with more on the list my mind was made up. (smile)
