They charge diagnostic fee without letting customers know up front. They rescheduled appointment. Fees were not competitive. Unsure about the quality of work as I did not use them further.
Technician came, never opened washer, just drained water. Told cost was $370 to repair washer. I Googled how much labor would cost it was $50-$200. I ask him how much if we bought our own part he said $300...part was $60, he told me it was very expensive. Maybe because my husband was at work. But his price was wayyyy over priced. Then he started to get rude after that.

He got here and went right to work. He fixed the oven door and the broiler door. Sears left me hanging for three days, I texted Alex last night at 8 PM and he came this morning and fixed it Thank you !
