Since the first time I contacted Oscar he was very professional. He came to the house the following day, explained to me everything that was going to be needed, sent me the quote on time via email and there were no surprises with the price or excuses to increase the price. I changed the entire floor and carpets of the house (2,000 sqft) for SPC that Oscar recommended and the work he and his team was really good. He always communicated in a timely manner and responded my questions at any time. I definitely recommend Oscar and his crew.
I would highly recommend Osflooring to anyone needing a job, big or small! Oscar and his team listen to your needs and emphasize the importance of quality in their work. Extremely professional and efficient, they did an amazing job on a large recreational room in our home as well as our stairs where we needed old carpeting removed and luxury vinyl planks installed. I also requested white raisers on the stairs and they took care of it with no problem. Oscar will answer any questions you have and walk you through the process, what will take the most time and keeps the job and work space super clean. Thank you Osflooring!
Osflooring did an awesome job of replacing old carpet in 2 rooms and installing a new hard wood engineered flooring in 3 days. They took care of the material, cleaning before and after
Initial work (06/06/2021) Oscar did a great job replacing the carpet on the stairs with new flooring and also on our bathroom floors. He completed everything on time with great quality work. Update (09/08/2022) We hired Oscar again to replace the carpet in our rooms with new flooring. He was again exceptional with his work, very professional and did a clean job. I would highly recommend him for flooring work !
They communicated well, worked quickly and obviously were professionals at their trade. Costs were fair, and they gave us some helpful project advice. We are happy with the work they did, and highly recommend.
Very pleasant experience. Oscar and the team did really good and high quality work for installing floors.
Oscar did such a great job and my family will definitely contact him for future projects. Not only did he do an excellent job, but his services were reasonably priced. He was on time and finished the job quickly! I would highly recommend Oscar for your flooring needs.
Oscar did a fantastic job in our bathroom! He was professional, courteous and clean while he worked and communicated well throughout the whole process. He maintains attention to detail and does quality work. Definitely recommend!
James is very professional and very detailed! He did an amazing job on our stairs! He took his time and not rushed to finish the job. That’s what you call great customer service! He worked 10 hours straight without going to lunch! We hired other contractors before and honestly nothing like his work! He truly takes his time and has a lot of knowledge. Thank you so much James! Wonderful personality also! All family and friends love our stairs now 🤩
