Had our first pool service with Geraldo today and it went very well. he did a great job skimming, cleaning the filter and getting all the debris off the bottom. he also checked the chems and added what was needed. I like that he sends pictures showing the filter cleaning and a picture of the pool stamped with time and date. Thanks Geraldo, we look forward to more of the same in the future!
I requested services. He contacted me immediately and went to both of my homes. I hired him to do monthly maintenance and to do a large job. I sent him the money last night and at 4 o’clock in the morning he told me he’s canceling and to find a new company. He seemed extremely nice when he came to my house and now he’s extremely unprofessional canceling the day he supposed to come fix a leak in my pool.
Excellent work. Good communication. Knowledgeable
