They arrived on time, installed the new electric box, corrected a safety issue caused by another technician from a different company and installed both chandeliers in a timely manner. The technician was punctual, arriving within the promised time frame, and provided clear communication ahead of time with updates on his ETA. What really stood out was their willingness to take on a job that many companies would shy away from. My home was built in 1969 and has a low crawl space, which can be a challenge for many technicians—but Overwatch Electrical accepted it without hesitation. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within 45 minutes. The repair cost was very reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I highly recommend Overwatch Electrical for their professionalism, responsiveness, and can-do attitude!
I do not think it is fair to only give us the ability to check off 3 of 5 choices of why we liked the services of someone we found on Thumbtack. You need to change that. My services were a perfect 5/5.
