They offered accurate end to end investigation for my heater issue with clear communication and full professionalism. Even though it turned out that the root cause was identified not related to the heater and I needed to find an electrician for it, I am very grateful for the help here and definitely would recommend them for any AC/heater stuff.

Excellent experience with Ozone. Alexander arrived within the scheduled time window, was courteous (put on shoe covers) and when he learned that I needed an electrician instead of a HVAC service, he said he would check it out anyway. He was thorough when finding the issue (no power to the furnace). Once he was finished installing the transformer, he checked the Google Nest and there was still an issue. He immediately went back upstairs and opened the ceiling to find out what was going on and then explained the options. He was also incredibly organized and clean. Very impressed with the level of professionalism with this company and categorically recommend them.
