Paolo was absolutely amazing for my birthday party! We were doing a hibachi dinner and he coordinated a specialty cocktail menu to go with our menu. He arrived early and was set up and ready to serve drinks as soon as my guests were arriving. He did this really cool thing where he made little samples of the specialty cocktails so people could try them before ordering a full drink. At one point, he even caught a shrimp that the hibachi Chef threw in his direction! Paolo was amazing and I’m so happy I hired him! He made my day so special.

We hired Paolo to bartend my father's 70th birthday party in our backyard, and he exceeded every expectation. From the moment he set up, he was professional, warm, and completely at ease working in a home setting. His drinks were outstanding. Paolo brought real Italian flair, with perfectly made spritzes, negronis, and a few custom cocktails that had guests coming back for more. He also offered small samples so guests could try a cocktail before ordering. Genius move! It got people trying drinks they never would have picked otherwise, and it was a great conversation starter. Beyond the drinks, his personality was a highlight. He chatted with guests of all ages, made my dad feel like the guest of honor, and kept the energy fun without ever being intrusive. My buddies and I ended up in some great football banter with him over the course of the night. He knows his stuff and gives as good as he gets, which made the party even more fun. He kept his station clean and organized, kept the line moving, and left the backyard spotless at the end of the night. Several guests asked for his contact info before they left. Hard to choose just three qualities that made Paolo so excellent! He was a great communicator, he was flexible on drinks and service, he was on time, learned everyone's drink, even brought drinks to us in the pool when we were too lazy to get out and come to the bar! I hired Paolo for my son’s birthday party and couldn’t be happier. He arrived early to set up and make sure everything was ready before guests arrived. Throughout the planning process, he was very responsive. He answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Paolo was professional, punctual, highly skilled and so easy to work with. In our first call I shared my ideas for the theme of the party and he totally understood and executed on that vision. He provided a list of signature cocktails, invited me to make special requests beyond that list, and name the cocktails. One requirement I had was a way to offer mock-tails to my guests who were not drinking at the moment. He assured me all cocktails would also be offered as mock-tails to guests. This really made everyone feel so included in the whole experience. His setup was very neat and he really added a special touch to the entire evening as he crafted delicious and magical looking cocktails with homemade mixers and engaged with guests throughout the evening. Drinks were delicious and really fun to watch as they were being made. I loved how he surprised us with Jell-O shots shaped like mustaches and ducks and provided sample shooters of his cocktails for guests to sample. When the evening came to an end, he broke down his setup and left the area clean. Paolo exceeded all expectations and really elevated the evening. My guests kept remarking, even after the party, how amazing the drinks and the bartender was. I highly recommend his services and I look forward to working with him again.
We had the pleasure of inviting Paolo to handle two family functions for the month of July. It was abundantly clear in the first 5 minutes that we would be inviting him from now on! Not only was the service top shelf and drinks way beyond our expectations but the way he was able to put together a package that tailor fit our needs for a very reasonable price was nothing short of a blessing! I could write a novel with praise but you will just have to experience it for yourself. I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to more festivities using his services.
