I didn't get any work done but the pro was professional enough to give an honest opinion telling me that it might not be possible to say with good confidence that this could be fixed since it was an old product. I decided to go with a replacement instead but would definitely consider the pro for future requirements.

Vladimir responded to our message within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon and was at our house in less than 24 hours. He spent a little over 1 hour on a Sunday afternoon, troubleshooting and then replacing the motor harness by removing the entirety of the back of the washer. He worked in very cramped and dusty conditions without any complaints. He was a pleasure to work with and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I called Vladimir to replace the (hidden) baking element in our Bosch range. He was extremely responsive, arrived promptly, and was very professional and friendly. Vladimir knew exactly what he was doing. He finished the job quickly and made sure to thoroughly test that the oven was back in working order. Vladimir was quick to respond to my request, made room for an evaluation the next day, diagnosed the laundry dryer issue professionally, explained the issue, and fixed it once he got the part, a couple days later. Pricing was fair and overall, I will probably get another 5 to 10 years of this higher end washer and dryer LG set. Worth the investment.
