Tech provided a very thorough inspection of my furnace and explained the findings very well. Concluded it was a ductwork issue. Appreciated his honesty and diligence. The initial service call fee was well worth it.
They were very quick to reach out to understand the problem and to send someone over within 1 day. So I give them 5 stars for that. But once they came in and looked at three problem, they never got back (2 days and counting) on what the issue was. However, they made sure to not leave my tenants without getting paid. The transaction needs to go both ways - disappointed that they did not keep their side of the bargain. Since my tenants are unable to use the dishwasher for the last 3 days, I am now needing to spend out of pocket again to send someone else over.
He was off on time, but he got back with me when he was free. The last repairman kept increasing his repair cost. Not him he did what he was going to do and stuck by his word. I’ll be using him on future repairs. Because I own other properties it will happen. Thanks Nick for getting it fixed and keeping your promises. Other than getting back with me in the morning. But you got back to me.

The pro said he fixed the problem but less than a month later the issue happened again and the company would not get back to me about coming out to fix the issue a second time
We absolutely recommend Pacific Appliance Solutions, they did an amazing job in fixing our dryer, the cost was very fair, they communicated every step of the way as the part we needed had to be ordered in. We were a bit nervous hiring thru thumbtack but read the reviews and decided to go with them. They were very friendly. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends! Thank you!
Low diagnostic fee and fast service. Well-deserved 5-star. I went to Maytag directly last time and they sent someone who not only misdiagnosed (almost had to buy a whole new dryer) but took days to repair because I had to wait for a part. I thought a preferred Maytag repair service would be better prepared. Nope. This time I went to Thumbtack and they referred this company and Eugene was great! Night and day difference.
