Pro was not have enough knowledge about refrigerator .. he was having hard time to take out lower compartment of refrigerator then he left . Now pro asking to pay 50% deposit to continue repair . Overcharge for part replacement .
Came out on time, guy was nice. The fix we had hoped for didnt work but the company fulfilled on their end a solid remedy.
When I spoke to them in the morning about a fridge emergency, I was told that someone would come over within the next couple of hours. Since my fridge was completely down, I was really hoping that they would come on time. However, they did not show up. When I called them, they said they did not even have a record of my appointment. When I pressed them harder, they found my appointment but said they their technicians were busy today. If they had told me this in the morning, I would have found someone else. They made me wait for 5 hours and caused my food to rot :(

Pacific Solutions was prompt with their initial response. They were the only one to include an initial assessment of the issue based on my provided info. Denis was excellent. He walked through how LG’s worked in specific and how we could save money moving forward. He showed what he would do and how the pricing worked. I will choose them in the future.
I sent in a request for someone to come out and look at my dryer and they called me back within minutes of the request being made. The tech came out and was very knowledgeable about the appliance I needed fixed. He talked me through what was going on with it and how it needed to be fixed. I would recommend this company
Pacific Appliance Solution did a great job diagnosing and getting my furnace back up and running. I contacted them at 8:00pm the night before and they were at my house by 9:30am the next morning. Very prompt and professional.
