He said there was no deposit for an estimate. He came to the house to inspect the sprinkler system and lighting. He said he would get back to us with a quote but he said the deposit needed to be $189 in cash no check no credit card. He didn’t even have a business card or a receipt book. We had to go to the bank to get the cash. He took the cash left and we’ve never heard from him again since.

Just wow! This is a vendor that over delivers and has fair pricing. Dave is personable, professional, and digs into the sprinkler problem and finds the solution. I had several vendors quote me on this job and they all had over the top solutions. Dave explained it all to me and handled it !
Dave is an easy going guy with lots of experience. He was able to size up our problem and suggest easy solutions. We were able to break up needed work into two groups, part 2, less urgent, is yet to be done. That works great on our fixed income.

I have been using them for 2 months and they only did half service first 2 weeks. Did not show for 2 weeks and in almost 8 weeks have only cut back and weeded the yard 1x. I have contacted them many times and am promised better care. Then they come and go when I am not home. Not even completing the job. Very sad☹️
