Victor and Mirabell were great to work with and delivered and set up attractive and tasty meals. They provided 3 buffet dinners and one seated Chef's dinner. The feedback from the group of 16 was that was some of the best food they had ever eaten! They kept in mind our dairy free and gluten free guests as well. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Palate, Reannon, the owner was easy to work with and provided options to choose from that fit with my needs and budget. We have 10 highly trained chefs on the team, fine dining trained servers, mixologists to bartend, a creative director to assure the food syncs with your overall theme, and an event coordinator to make sure your event goes smooth as butter. I had hosted a girlfriends 40th birthday in Malibu and thought it would be a lot easier to have a personal chef come to us than have to find transportation out. I’m so happy I came across The Crain Experience I could not of been happier with my decision. First of all, they were very prompt with responding to all of my questions. Their website has many options to choose from which was probably the hardest decision of all . On the date of the event, Chef Jason and and his assistant Jazz showed up on time and with everything they needed, and got straight to cooking . We started with a large charcuterie board for the group that we all got to graze on while they prepared the dinner. To start we had a garden salad with a delicious dressing. Our main course was filet mignon on top of wasabi mashed potatoes with a side of perfectly cooked asparagus to finish with dessert we had the most delicious banana pudding that everyone loved he even accommodated our gluten-free friend. I could not have been happy with my decision to go with The Crain Experience. I was so happy that we did choose the full catering service because we didn’t have to do anything else like clean a dish or clear the table I’m sure I will be seeing them again, my friends could not have been happier with their meal. Thank you so much for the happy memories and delicious meal.

Pacific Coast Palate provided two nights of amazing food for my son’s 30th birthday and our 33rd Anniversary! What a treat to have the awesome Chef Victor and his beautiful daughter Isabella arrive! They are professional, courteous and creative with the food and table set up!! They made a very special family tradition birthday 🥳 cake called Zebra cake and our son was delighted!! We even had two vegans in our group and they were willing to accommodate menu selections for all! They also set the table with menu cards such a special touch! Small dinner party for my sister's bachelorette. The food was amazing. Chef Felix and Carla were excellent. Owner/chef Reannon was very attentive and excellent w/ communication throughout planning / the whole process. Everyone at the dinner party had a great time and we were very well fed - to say the very least. Everyone is still talking about it! Would absolutely recommend.

Really enjoyed having Pacific Coast Palate be a part of my birthday dinner. We were so excited to hear that it wasn’t a problem to commute to where we were. Firstly, the punctuality was great. The chef and assistant arrived right on time. I loved their positive energy and kindness! So pleasant interacting. I ordered 2 appetizer, a salad, surf and turf, and a dessert. The timing on every dish was spectacular and it certainly calls for a good time. The food was delicious and would definitely recommend. Thank you!
We rented an Airbnb in Twentynine Palms for my wife’s 40th birthday dinner, just a small affair of five people. We interviewed a few potential private chefs, and we hired Pacific Coast Palate. Reannon was very easy to work with, and she catered the menu very specifically to my wife’s preferences. At the event, she and the chef were very professional, everything went smoothly, and the kitchen was spotless when they left. And the food was delicious. Not cheap, but excellent value. I highly recommend!

We hired Pacific Coast Palate for a large Holiday / Christmas Party at our home, and the entire team delivered flawlessly!! Reannon was responsive, easy to coordinate with, and very professional. The chef delivered on outstanding food and desserts that our guests raved about. And the bartenders were a huge hit mixing up some creative signature holiday cocktails. The setup was incredible - beautiful “grazing table” with florals/decor and amazing presentation, and the bar was also very organized and professional. Everything was cleaned up and “back to normal” when they left too. Overall, Reannon kept the event planning and hosting very low stress, and we’ve already booked Pacific Coast Palate for our next event! I would strongly recommend for any private event and catering needs, for either more intimate <10 guest events to large parties of 75+ guests. 5 stars!!
We hired Pacific Coast to cater our wedding. Prior to the event they communicated with us frequently to make sure we had everything we wanted confirmed. They arrived on time and everyone was friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.
