Jeff did a great job of cleaning my chimney, and left the workspace spotless. Professional, friendly and a fair price. I would definitely use Pacific Fireside again.
Great job! Really appreciate the responsiveness and work quality
Ben from Pacific Fireside was great! My gas fireplace is in excellent shape and working beautifully.
Pacific Fireside did an excellent job with our chimney inspection and maintenance. They were very responsive and let us know where they were at in the process every step of the way. Their professionalism is refreshing and appreciated. Highly recommend working with Pacific Fireside!
Contacted Pacific Fireside for inspection and cleaning. They provided multiple availability based on my schedule. Ben; the technician showed up ontime and performed a through inspection. Showed me the photos and the report. During the conversation he was very polite, professional, and factual. I asked them to perform couple additional tasks that I’ve been delinquent on. They came back after ordering the product and performed the work above and cleaning inside. Ben and Edilson did an excellent job. I’m definitively recommending them/Pacofoc Fireside.
Even though we realize that what I needed done, there wasn’t their specialty, they took the time to speak with me and together, we made the decision that I need to find someone else
I didn’t go with this company at the end. I went with a different service provider. I reach out to 4 service providers. Part of my research for picking a company is to look at the CSLB for license, as I had a experience a few years ago with a unlicensed service provider that ended up costing me a lot of money. After searching for the company name on the website, one thing stood out, there license is active from 05/25/23 but in there bio they have been in business for 3 years, something doesn’t add up, after further investigation they are only incorporated less then a year. I have nothing good or bad to say about this company but it’s important to me to express my concerns regarding this issue. I sure hope this is a typo mistake and not a deliberate attempt to portray as something they are not. Important to mention that they are not the only one that the “years in business” doesn’t correlate with CSLB information, at least they have a license as many here don’t have and actively do construction work.
Eli from Pacific Fireside installed ceramic gas logs in my fireplace. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the results. Eli was professional, knowledgeable and very respectful, providing clear explanations of the work and setup involved. I highly recommend Pacific Fireside!
I recently had a smell in my fireplace and had the chimney/fireplace cleaned with this company. They were so responsive, professional, and tended to their work efficiently. Immediately after the cleaning, I didn't smell anything coming from the fireplace, such a good job and I would recommend to anyone looking for fireplace and chimney maintenance needs! Thank you!
I recently hired Jeff from Pacific Fireside to repair my fireplace and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not only did Jeff arrive on time and complete the repair efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by helping me fix a leaky gutter on the side of my house. I was impressed with his skill level and attention to detail, as well as his friendly and professional demeanor throughout the entire process. Overall, I highly recommend Pacific Fireside and Jeff for anyone in need of quality fireplace repair services.
Eli is fantastic and I highly recommend Pacific Fireside. He was prompt, clean, and got our fireplace repaired and working with no surprises. He inspected our chimney and provided an estimate on Sunday and had the work completed on Thursday. Thanks again for your help, Eli!
