We had Pacific Property Services do our remodel on our office. John was great to work with, and his work is excellent. We changed are mind a few times and he was always accommodating. The price was fair, and he always explained the charges to us. He came up with solution for problems that popped up. We could not be happier with the finished product. John helped me create a storage area on our property with very little in the way of plans. He was able to translate my verbal description into exactly what I had in mind. When he was done and paid there was one minor issue related to water seeping under a door threshold. I called him, he was out the next day, and got it fixed right away. He takes pride in his work, listens to the customer, and delivers a quality product at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to use Pacific Property Service again.

Hire John! He’s everything you want in a contractor or handyman. John and his coworker fixed some drywall from a previous contractor, painted about 8 door jambs, fixed and re-textured some messed up spots on walls and an entire hallway ceiling, finished some trim work around doors and baseboards, re-positioned an electrical box and re-hung a light in my bathroom. John was on time and showed up every day until the job was done and did it for a good price. He also cleaned up everyday and was communicative. Thanks John!!
john the owner got back to me very fast came out on a Saturday when I was 1st available to look at my situation. He showed up every morning to let me know what was going on & why they were doing what they were doing. they got my house structure restored and put up new siding in about a week I was really happy with there work and would recommend them to my friends and family.
Unable to get them to provide quote for work. They keep saying they will get to it tomorrow.

John is very good at what he does and is very responsive. I have a sunken living room and John created a rail to bring visual attention to it, which in turn created a much safer space! This is something that should have been there 30 years ago and John was the one that came up with it! Mike does wonderful work too and was very attentive. If he notices something that needs fixing he makes you aware and let's you decide if it's something you want fixed or not. I got a lot repaired, installed and put together in a relatively short time period. Thank you so much John and Mike.

John and Mike did a great job removing all the old boards on our deck and replacing with new ones. Also did a fine job on a trellis removing and replacing an old rotting board on it.
John and Mike were asked to replace old carpet and vinyl with Laminate, paint a dark wall a very light color (took them three coats) and replace the old baseboards with new. We also had them picture frame our windows. They were able to pull out the bathroom toilet and sink to install the floor and baseboards. Furniture too big to move out of the space was adequately protected from the paint and dust. They were both so kind and professional while three people and a dog were living upstairs during the renovations. The results were amazing. We are so impressed with our new living space and will definitely reach out to them both for future projects.
