Aldaberto was amazing to work with from start to finish. I messaged him on a Saturday afternoon while visiting my aunt, and rushed to find a person who could fix her deck in a last minute/rush job. I messaged 3 people on thumbtack but aldaberto was the only one who went out of his way and said I can come out after I finish my job and give you a quote(which was already going above because it was after 3 on a Saturday). He asked for pictures before to try to assess the situation and know what he was walking into. He called me and let me know his eta, got there when he said. After meeting with so many contractors, you can tell when someone is salesman/pushy versus genuinely good person who just wants to do a good job. He immediately could tell that she was originally being taken advantage of(her contact had charged her an outrageous amount and taken over 5 months to do a job that would have taken aldaberto 2 weeks and a fraction of the cost). He told us all the issues and where he thought he would have problems, gave an approximate estimate for the supplies my aunt wanted and the quote for labor. She had guests coming Saturday and he had a job that would not be done until Wednesday. So he was there Thursday am, supplies in tow and finished the whole job by Saturday pm. He was communicative and patient with my (80+ year old aunt who enjoys talking and had trust issues now, since she was scammed) and he essentially held her hand the whole way. AND went out of his way to text me almost daily with an update. The first pics are of the botched job from the scammer and you can tell where he came and fixed it. He was amazing and I hope he can do a job in the bay for us as well. I highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about the work that Alberto Padilla did for me on my back deck. He installed a hot tub below ground level, flush with the deck and made sure the appropriate drainage was in place. He discovered a drainage issue with one of the downspouts and promptly fixed it at the same time!! I will definitely be having him do some more work for me.
We loved working with Alberto. He did exactly what we asked and even suggested doing this differently to save money. We appreciated his professionalism and how tidy he left our home after work was done. We would hire him again without a doubt!
Aldaberto responded quickly to my post about replacing our front door, met with me to review the job, provided information on his expertise and sent a reasonable quote. He also went out of his way to purchase all the materials, make recommendations and provide friendly advice. When I asked him to do a bit of extra work oainting the door and frame, he did so gladly and we adjusted the price to compensate for the extra work and effort. Our front door is beautifully replaced, has new framing, threshold and paint. We are very pleased with the work and grateful for the quick response. I will hire Aldaberto again for more jobs.
Adalberto is excellent. Very friendly and super helpful!
Great job on the deck cutting! The work was clean and completed on time. Very professional and efficient—highly recommended!
Extremely professional, he delivered excellent quality work with a fast turnaround. I would definitely recommend him.
Excellent experience! Highly recommend. He’s super communicative, punctual, hard worker, efficient. Will definitely be using again for future house project! Our bonus room looks fabulous!
Our project was a 9 step entry to our front porch. The old one had some rot and was really shaky. But it was also too steep for us as we are getting up in age. Adalberto took our input and figured it out. We have had several comments on how great it looks and the sturdy construction. I would definitely hire Adalberto again!
It was the entire east side of the house that needed siding replaced. Two story house that has two windows on the 2nd floor and a side door ground level. He had two other guys to assist him. They were 3/4 done one day and finished the next day. The job was done at a reasonable time.
Very prompt in responding, personnable, professional and one of the most reasonable quotes we received. Adalberto and his crew were fantastic in their execution of our large deck refinishing project. Cleaned up after all work done and protected siding from splatters. I would definitely recommend him and use him for future projects.
Padilla's Remodeling came and got the work done with great quality. I will be hiring them again for sure
Adalberto built a great good neighbor fence
He responded quickly gave me a fair estimate and showed up on time to do the work. The work was done very well.
Great
Excellent experience. He was responsive, polite, prompt, and did great work.
Adalberto and his team are incredible! They completely transformed the hallway in my home into a whole separate unit. The framing was custom done to fit an antique door I had, and they could not have done a better job. He truly made it look like part of my home, and the attention to detail is incredible. Thank you so much and we look forward to working with you again!
The Padilla team did a great job on new floors and bathroom renovation in our cabin at OFRC. He was able to work and get things done. Our new bathroom looks great as well as the floors. We will be using him again.
Adelberto was very fast to respond to my posting and was always responsive to text. His quote was reasonable and they started work within days. His guys worked hard and completed the job in a day, with the finished result exactly as i had hoped. They asked me for clarification when any questions came up and I will definitely hire them again.
Mr. Padilla was excellent to work with. He responds quickly to text messages, is an outstanding carpenter and completely transformed a Tuff Shed into a beautiful home-office for us. He added a large window, insulated, sheet-rocked, trimmed, and painted in record time as we had a due date on this particular project. Additionally, he is warm and kind and easy to work with.
