We just moved our son to the St. Louis area last week. Neal agreed to come and help us put together some furniture and hang some things for us on Friday afternoon. His prior job ran quite late, which caused him to arrive much later than expected. He communicated well with me, and then worked diligently long into the night until all of our items were complete. I would highly recommend him!
Misquoted me on a project and then refused to give me a refund on my deposit. Beware of this guy. He doesn’t pay attention to detail and doesn’t take responsibility either.
Neal is great to communicate with and does high quality work. He got an assistant to help out on the job due to additional complexity experienced at the job without charging extra. He stayed the whole day to make sure job is finished the same day. Kept me informed the entire time when adjustments are needed for unexpected observations. Definitely will reach out for future jobs!
