Irving and his co-worker did a great job painting our house. They had to get on high ladders to paint the second story, and it all looks great. He's very professional and friendly, and I would recommend him for any painting job.

Reviews
Irving is the only person I would higher. Superior to any work done in the past.I am a new widow and unable to tackle some of the things that need to be done pre sale. He does it all! The nicest person.
Work was done professionally. Place was cleaned when the job was done. We are very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend using Paint and Simple for your painting needs.
Paint and Simple did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my home. Irving took great care of my older house, which needed extensive prep work due to the previous owner using interior paint outside, years of cracking and flaking, and recent foundation repairs. He handled all of that meticulously, making sure the surface was properly restored before any paint went on. His attention to detail was exceptional, and the final result looks clean, crisp, and beautifully refreshed. Irving was very helpful in advising me on paint choices and materials, making sure everything suited the house and my goals. His communication was excellent—he clearly explained timelines, details, and expectations from start to finish. I felt very comfortable having Irving and his team on my property and am extremely happy with the results. I already have several more projects lined up for him. Highly recommended!
