Thomas came out for a service call on my well filtration system. He was knowledgeable and straight forward. I really appreciated him coming out and making sure my system is working as it should!

Reviews
Initial estimate with Thom was outstanding. Thom was thorough and professional.
Joe came out and just explained what their system does with no frills. Joe tested the water and advised on the proper system for my entire house. We had 3 other companies out here and Joe happened to know of the other company. He further explained what made PB better without bashing the competition. Overall we got the S650 and a point of use system installed over the refrigerator. Joe was on time, the installation went well and we are enjoying the benefits of softer water without the toxins. The water feels, smells and taste better. 1 year of service included. We are happy! 😊
Great experience. From the responsiveness of our initial request through the appointment and consummation of the transaction, Thom was excellent to work with. While performing the install, he made decision that would cost him more money but leave me (the homeowner) with a better solution. This kind of service and "doing what is right" attitude made for a great experience. Water is tasting better already. Looking forward to a long term use of the system we purchased. Thank you Palm Beach Water Purification!
What a difference the water purification system does to my water. It was a wonderful experience working with them from the quick response to my inquiry to the final installation for the system. System was up and running 2 days after meeting with Tom who did the installation. It was so nice to work with a company that promises to do what they say! Thank you!
Joe was very professional, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. This level of service is very rare these days!
Great company. They responded straight away and water filtration was set up 3 days after initial quote. Highly recommend!
Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me hood tips on how to measure the effectiveness of my water softener. I highly recommend these folks.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend.
Had this company come out to install a purifier for a rental property. AJ (I think?) was very responsive over the phone and provided very clear feedback on the situation of the home. Most importantly however, the tenants provided great feedback on how this team conducted themselves on-site as well as the quality of the water after. Thank you for taking care of them!
