I was scheduled for an appointment days in advance, but no one bothered to show up nor inform me they weren’t coming. I drove an hour to meet them at the house in vain. At 3:23 I called, the person stated he was going to check to see where his guys were at and call me back, but instead I reached the following text: “Good afternoon Valencia, this is Jimmy from Palm reaching out regarding the leak in your home. I’d like to schedule someone to come I it tomorrow. What time works best for you?” No acknowledgment of his guys not showing up until I thanked him for wasting my time and gas. I contacted Drain to Drain Plumbing, they came the following day and fixed my issue on the spot.
