Dora‘s employees did an excellent job cleaning our home for the first time. Everything was put back in place the way they found it. I would definitely recommend this cleaning service.
So as sweet as the owner was, I feel terrible having to leave this review but I paid for a deep cleaning and I didn’t even get a regular good clean. She stated that her crew didn’t mention that they had to leave early for graduation which would’ve been fine with me if they would’ve just said something. The oven the woodwork the mini blinds were all incomplete and then as a day or two would go by I would notice jsomething as simple as not sweeping under the small entryway table and leaving dirt and debris under there, I have pictures of everything. The things I mentioned were just the bigger things. There were so many little things when I took pictures of the bottom part of the oven where the broiler is I told her I would just clean it myself because at this point she had already sent them back once and they still didn’t get it so I was cleaning it myself. She did send me a $30 refund for that part. She offered to come back and check but never contacted me to do that but I don’t know what she wanted to check after it’s been three days. The owner agreed that every picture I sent her was unacceptable and she couldn’t believe that her crew had left it in the condition that they did even the second time around, so I just feel like I should be refunded or she should’ve had a different crew come out and redo the whole thing in my opinion, but she hasn’t offered to do either one of those.
Unfortunately she never showed up for an estimate even though I rescheduled it three times. You can decide for yourself if you want someone who is not even letting you know that they can't show up.
I really appreciate how well they clean, they go the extra mile and it means everything to me!
They took on the WORST MESS and made the appearance look GREAT!! I am so happy with the team. They were so nice to me. I adore each one of them.
These ladies did a great job! They did a deep cleaning and I was so impressed with the bathrooms in particular. I don’t think they’ve been this clean since we moved into our house 7 years ago! I could tell they took their time and that makes me feel so much better about having them back. Thank you!!
