We had some squirrels trying to squat in our attic so we contacted Paragon to evict them quickly! That is exactly what they did and with precision, I might add. They located chew marks where the squirrels were attempting to get in and also one entry. They sealed off the entry and placed metal painted to match the house on the other spots of attempted entry. I couldn’t even tell where these places were when they were finished. The work is guaranteed, and the representatives and technicians for the company are so professional and friendly! Highly recommend Paragon!!!!

My initial response from Sean of Paragon was not only timely, Sean was helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I was in search of service for my elderly mother and wanted to ensure the team was going to be able to not just service her property, but answer her questions in plain English. She appreciated the interaction she had with Steven. He was professional, covered his shoes before walking in her home (this was a bonus for her), talked to her about her concerns and after application, shared the next steps with her. I'm grateful we secured service from such a responsive, professional and affordable company like Paragon.
Joseph inspected my home and found entry points for rats and squirrels. He supplied pictures of problem areas. Joseph gave me solutions to consider. I truly appreciated the company’s free inspection and advise. I will be using this company in the near future in order to clean & sanitize and to prevent entry of pests into my house. Joseph illustrated knowledge and professionalism and is a credit to his company.

Adam was here to inspect & make a plan for my rodents in the attic. He explained the plan in detail & was most knowledgeable & pleasant.
I greatly appreciate the attention to detail! To start, Adam brought his own shoe covers and did not put a single boot on my floor without them. Even when going up and down ladders, he removed the covers while on the ladder and then put them back on just before stepping off. He was thorough in his inspection and explained everything in detail, with pictures. I highly recommend.
