I was charged $240 for less than an hour of work. He left a hole in my ceiling but did offer to fix it for $600. Up front pricing would have been appreciated. As a woman I feel completely taken advantage of.

I contacted Parker’s on Friday for a leaking water heater. He responded within the hour and said he could replace it on Monday. I messaged him about getting a higher rated model and was told no problem. They showed up promptly Monday morning to work and were done within a few hours even with some unexpected issues. I highly recommend Parker’s for any plumbing issues and will keep him for future calls if needed!
