Doug did an amazing job on my floors. He installed flooring in two rooms and replaced the floor in a small bathroom. The challenge I had was that the original flooring in the rest of the house is no longer made. He came out and helped me make sure I could match the existing flooring. It does and you would never know it’s not part of the same original install. Doug has a great eye for detail and made sure everything lined up and looked great. His team that helped with the job was just as good as he is. His quote was super reasonable and quite a bit less than the flooring stores quoted me. Plus he is just super nice, responsive, and a delight to work with. He really knows what he is doing and I would give six stars if I could.

Great work and I’m happy with result.
Doug Parsons and his crew were extremely professional and obviously excellent in the work they provide. Our new floors are gorgeous! Doug was on time and so easy to be around. We would recommend Parsons Flooring to anyone interested in such an amazing upgrade to their home.
Doug came in on short notice and provided his expert advice. He didn’t markup his services and listened well as to what I was looking for. We had stained carpet that needed replacement and went with vinyl flooring. It turned out great!
Wow, Doug is amazing! He responded quickly, had a very reasonable quote, had incredible recommendations in regard to the product and got the job done in an extremely timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire Doug again for any job, such a kind person who went out of his way to make his work stand out. Thank you!
Was really knowledgeable and informed me my floors are vinyl plank which doesn't require sealant. And that any sealant we put on wouldn't actually stick. Extremely helpful and nice. What great customer service 👍.
would highly reccommend
Doug was great, on time and on budget! It was good value for quality work.
If you happen to read this review, don’t let go of Doug. Let him do your floor installation. We had our entire granny unit prepped for vinyl flooring. After one day of work, we looked over everything and can’t find any misses or faults. A complete professional.
