First off they dont send you a luxury vehicle. They uber a vehicle to you. There's no party lights or anything special. They confused our pickup time and didn't pick us up in the City and then changed the wording on the contract to make it our fault. yes someone from our party called them and cursed them for leaving us stranded in the city with young kids. Then they ubered us a minivan (luxury huh). The next day they blamed us and said our party was rude to them on the phone. I asked for some kind of reimbursement and they never responded. STAY AWAY from these clowns!!
TRUST ME DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! their photos are not real. i ordered a sprinter van with a new and upgraded interior and we discussed it and it was in the contract. i got sent a bus that looked like an access a ride and the inside had a broken pole which i didn’t even order and they yelled at me on the phone and said “well what do you want us to do about it” they will probably reply by saying something with an excuse but please trust me when i tell you they will do this to you or worse. it’s a sketchy service and i would take your business else where. please i wouldn’t have anyone i love on these buses.

2 hours before my wedding, they called me to tell me they couldn’t get a hold of the driver and asked me to call the driver to see if they would answer. They didnt but they did text me back and informed me that they don’t even work with this company. I am beyond mad that this is the way this company handled this situation. They didn’t offer to find a new driver or any kind of solution at that. I am still waiting for them to refund my $750. I would not recommend 😡

She worked with my budget by allowing fifty percent upfront and the rest the day before the event, which made everything feel calm and manageable. David the driver brought the perfect vibe. He was polite, welcoming, and so good at his job that my guests gave him a twenty dollar cash tip and a full meal from the party food. He enjoyed it, we appreciated him, and the energy stayed balanced the entire time. Party on Wheel is the golden deal. They are trustworthy, understanding, loyal, and supportive. They help resolve situations instead of adding more burden. They show up, they communicate, and they make sure both adults and children feel safe and included. I fully recommend Party on Wheel for any celebration. I might definitely book again in the future if another massive event comes such as a wedding, baby shower, gender reveal, or graduation after party.
Although we didn’t end up using them for their service, they were very responsive and courteous, and gave me the information I needed to make our decision in the end. It was a group decision in the group voted to go another route.

I would highly recommend party on wheels to everyone! I needed a limousine for a 18th birthday party celebration to nyc and party on wheels did not disappoint! I had to change my reservation time several times and the staff was accommodating and cooperated with me and made the planning go very smoothly. I was so grateful! Party on wheels really works with you to make your trip perfect! The limo was beautiful, the driver was on time and professional and courteous, and the whole experience was A #1!!! I would use party on wheels again and recommend them highly to all!!!

Signed a contract, made a deposit payment, and they told me that my bus was booked - Then turned around (after everyone was already invited) and told me that no buses were available. They issued a refund, but ruined my wife's 35th birthday. Avoid at all costs.
Everything from customer service and showing up. The bus never showed up on my wedding day. Was not informed even if the driver was on the way. I had to reach out and ask for the status and was told bus is in route, this was already when the bus was 10 mins late from when the signed contract was agreed on. At that time was given drivers number. And he did not answer. Customer service then said sorry and just said a refund will be added to the account and gave a half ass excuse saying they don’t know where the driver is. Until today I had to reach out and ask why bus never made it and was told bus had mechanical issues still don’t believe this. I will be adding photos of the conversations on all platforms to make sure this doesn’t happen to someone’s special day. Did I forget to mention this was my WEDDING DAY. The bus was supposed to pick up both parties. So we had to uber to the church. Which is pretty embarrassing and also stressful. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE TO USE. This company only cares about money not customer satisfaction
