Do NOT Hire under any circumstances. They lied and misled us then tried to charge us more then no showed. We are seeking legal recourse as a a result of now being out over a thousand dollars and the items sitting ready to be moved with no movers.

The movers showed up 90 min late. No one called to let me know that they would be late. It took an hour to find out when they would arrive, then was told another 30 min. No one communicates changes. Very unprofessional.
Movers 2br single floor unit to 3br townhouse. I hired 2 guys with the truck for 2 hours. This has always been more than enough time in the past even with more items. From the day I booked they were disorganized.... messaging me shortly after to let me know they were running late when I wasn't booked for another week and insisting they were taking to the right person. It happened again on move day after the guys were already there. Move day comes and they show up almost a full hour earlier than scheduled with very little notice. From the start, I was nervous. I'm truly not trying to be mean with any of this but it looked like it was the 1st time the guy driving ever was in a truck that size. He wore full headphones covering his ears the majority of the time to where myself and the other mover had to raise our voices to get his attention. He frequently stood around waiting for the other guy to give direction. I had a metal loft bed I could not get apart beforehand because 1-2 screws were a little stripped and I fight have the right tools. I asked in advance if they're able to help with that and was told by the owner that they can do it and that was included in the service. I was very specific about what screws needed removed and how the sections came apart and was completely ignored. I had moved this bed 3 times before. He did get it apart but he spent so much time undoing things that did not need done. 2 semi stripped screws should not take 45+ mins. The other guy mainy stood around unless prompted by me if what else can go. I also gave direction on how to unmount my TV. It was 2 screws that needed removed. That was it. They removed an additional 4, I received 3. Then when I got to my new place and was trying to put things back together, I discovered that they had damaged 2/4 places where the screws had unnecessarily been removed and now I cannot remount the TV at all. There was a number of other issues: - They moved boxes outside and never put them back or in the truck - Dresser drawers were never loaded - The 2 movers bickered several times - My son and I ended up breaking down my bed and moved several items outside ourselves. (I'm not opposed to helping but I have a heart condition and a bad knee which is why I hired movers to begin with) - Scratched floors - Took longer than GPS stated it should take to get to the new place n came from a direction totally opposite from starting location. - Reported start/end times earlier/later than what happened. And the kicker... when I texted the owner as issues stated to arise, he turned it around on me and asked me why I didn't just do it myself then. He was very rude and disrespectful and took no ownership for his guys or my concerns at all. They did unload the truck very quickly and took each item to the room requested which I appreciated. The only things that got moved were the big items and none of the boxes or additional items. After the first hour, I had to make that call due to time restraints and them moving so slow. Overall, the headphones guy was very nice to me. The other guy was ok but spouted of comments at me when I expressed my frustration with him about listening to direction. He made me feel like because I was a woman, I couldn't know what I'm talking about. The owner is horrible. When I brought up the issues with photos, I was totally ignored. I did refuse to pay some of the overages charged due to the false reporting of time and the fact that they milked it, did extra work that didn't need done and the damages caused. I withheld only $25 and paid $350. I requested a partial refund after discovering more damages and was yet again, ignored. Definitely would not recommend or use again.
A dresser was damage before even making it in the house. I didn’t feel comfortable at all so it remained in the garage. Also the person who dropped it complained about the stairs the entire time. What can’t be seen in the pics is the drawer no longer functions correctly.
Pascal Moving Company exceeded my expectations. I had many pieces of furniture to move and I was quite impressed with the company's professionalism and expertise. I will definitely call upon them for my next move.
Very poor communication. Truck broke down. Wanted us to wait until evening time vs our scheduled time of 10 am. I had people waiting for 1 hr and 40 mins. They kept promising 30 minutes. I would not recommend.
I needed super last minute help packing. I booked this company and they were incredible. Super fast, super efficient and incredibly warm and kind. They did great work and I would totally hire them again if I stayed in the area.
The two men who showed up worked efficiently to load and unload my truck. My is that he tried to charge me a different amount then agreed on on thumbtack, and then "came down" to the amount he quotes on his website after I called him out on it. He also charges an undisclosed "$1/stair" charge which added up to an extra $65 and was only disclosed AFTER I'd already agreed to pay the remainder of the hour AND tipped $100. Plus they charge for mileage TO the job.
Punctual, and knows how to get things done. If you don’t order from this company, you will be thinking about the mistake you made if you choose another moving company. These men are the best. Thank you very much!
They were very responsive and available on short notice. They arrived on time and were very quick. I will be using again.
I would start by saying they showed up late. They were supposed to be there at 10am and did not show up till 12 PM. Time they move slowly to extend their time and get paid that hourly rate they were moving a two bedroom apartment into a storage unit and it took 9 hours! Mind you the apartment was completely packed up so all they had to do was load their truck and unloaded at the storage place which was less than 2 miles away. My mom made the mistake of telling them that the storage didn’t lock up until 9 PM and they took until 9 PM to get out of there. Not only did it take them forever, they did a horrible job at packing the storage unit. They wasted so much space and literally waited to the end to put our couch in on top of our mattress and other stuff. We had snow coming the very next day so there’s no way I could’ve stopped. We had to get the move done, but I would never use them again in the future.
10 stars out of 5!! Excellent work!! From call to the thank you text I think it was an hour if that. They got in and out .. More than fair price .. Both of them very kind and fair. I pray God blesses them and their business for being so kind and gracious and helpful!
I hardly ever leave reviews but I don’t want someone to waste their money without being prepared. This was one of the pricier movers on Thumbtack. The first move into storage was fine. He originally told me to name my price but I told him to just let me know what he charges. $160 per hour for two movers and a truck. Fine. They disassembled things that didn’t really need to be taken apart like bed frames and handed me the screws in piles or put them in random places. I was in the middle of moving and did not have access to bags and things to organize. Every other moving company I’ve used tapes their own bag or wraps the hardware with the item. When I asked him the total it took a few minutes for him to “figure out the pricing” I paid and called them back when I found a new home ONLY because I didn’t want to hire another moving company to try to sort threw the mess of screws and bolts to assemble my belongings. They arrived to the unit late and met me at my home with my things. I asked him if he knew where they put all of the hardware for the frames and TVs they laughed and said that they gave them to me. I wasn’t going to pay them extra to spend time trying to sort through my things for hours. I asked for pricing. He did the same talking through a price that should be so black and white saying that he forgot to charge me tax last time and that it was extra for the truck “fee” he finally settled on a price that was almost the same as the first time I moved but a fraction of the time. There is no mention of tax or extra fees on his website or in our initial conversation. It’s a flat fee of $160. He left and I asked for a breakdown of the fees. He had over charged me by an hour. Then he charged me for 30mins even though he was late by 12 and couldn’t access the unit for another 15 minutes. I told him that I had reserved the bay at a certain time and he was late and I lost the slot he said I still needed to pay for the half an hour because even though he was late it was under 15 minutes. I offered to pay the 15 minutes and he argued with me for several days. Anyway, the icing on the cake is that one of my TVs is broken and when I told him. He started arguing with me about 30 minutes that he didn’t work and didn’t get paid for. Definitely shop around before you hire this company.
Pascal crew was amazing! They worked quickly and efficiently with the move. They took great care of my fragile items: 60 inch television, 3 piece sectional, and queen mattress and bed frame. I would definitely hire them again. I recommend anyone stressed out about moving to reach out to them!
First off, they are friendly. Secondly, they move very slow to extend their time. I locked my storage at exactly 4hrs. By the time I got to the car and they packed up their things, it was another 15 min. He told me it was 5hrs total because he had to drive all the way home to Parma. We were in Willoughby. Had to count money (cash) 4x because he kept saying it was short by $200. By the time we were all done it was 5hrs. Their truck was small so I ended up having to leave some things at the house and borrow a trailer and friend to go back to get it. They said they would go back and get it and still keep the time going. Told them no thank you! There is a big language gap. Beware of hiring these guys!
