Great response and competitive bid. I will be making a decision in the next couple of months as I stated to Jason.

Great communication and great price and helpful crew
He responded quick to come out and determine what the issue was but didn’t follow up with me to complete the job so I hired another company that was reliable, professional, covered their shoes while in my home, offered discounts and assisted in me processing my claim.
amazing team all a close knit family! In 5 hours they ripped out the old and replaced with new, you can't find a better group of guys. It's hard to trust people in this town, but from now on these are my go to guys. Simple the best in every way
Jason was professional and responsive. My system was replaced in hours. Greg job!
I had a really good experience with Passionate Cooling & Heating LLC. They made sure everything was brought up to code, and when they were finished, they took the time to gently explain what was done so I fully understood. That meant a lot to me. They were pleasant, professional, and easy to work with, and their pricing felt fair and reasonable. What stood out most was that they truly care about your safety and doing things correctly, even when other companies don’t take that extra care. I’m grateful for their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company that does the job the right way.
They were right on time, even though it was the weekend. Passionate Cooling and Heating installed an electric water heater for $600 less than the previous bid. Their company will be tending to my HVAC needs in Las Vegas going forward.
We were able to get this vital repair done in one day, something I and the tenants could appreciate.
They replaced a motor on my AC. They came out diagnosed it on Sunday and fixed it on Monday. Good work and communication. I recommend them for AC work.
Stop scrolling and hire these guys. They are everything you're looking for. They communicate in a timely manner, educated you on the job itself, and make sure you're taken care of on a human scale. Professionals to the max!
Jason was on top of it, oversaw the project well, made sure that I was treated fairly, and the quality of work was top-notch. He made sure all the wires were tucked and all the coolant lines were in a nice cover so it didn't look a mess. Great experience. I have referred him to my father in law for maintenance and he got the maintenance on my 3 units as well.
Jason, the owner, explained what they were doing and why it was needed including details of the materials being used. He fixed a couple of extra items that were not included in the project to make sure our system worked more efficiently. We are very Happy!

Did a great job. Would hire again
I recently had Jason and the team at Passionate Cooling & Heating replace the HVAC system at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They were professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The installation was seamless, and my home feels more comfortable than ever. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality HVAC services!
After getting numerous estimates I chose Passionate Cooling to replace a system that was approaching the 20 yr. mark. Jason was very easy to work with and his AC team did an excellent install job in one day on my rental property. They cleaned up and tested out everything before leaving another satisfied customer. Thanks again for a job well done.
Installed two many splits for me and they both are working wonderfully.
