You end up interacting with an AI agent that asks a ton of questions and keeps promising that the team will be in touch. Meanwhile, I’ve already gotten the job done with another company—but these folks just keep sending messages, asking for my address to "calculate" the project, and so on. Other companies provided an estimate right away and even completed the work the very next day, whereas these people—four or five days later—still haven't managed to send me an estimate.
