The contractor showed up for the appointment and knew the deadline for the job but provided the quote 2 or 3 days after the deadline. We waited but chose another contractor. This contractor told us to revise or remove the 1-star rating, so we gave it now 5 stars. This contractor provided a quote of over $13K but the other 3 contractors provided quotes in the $5K to $7K range for painting 7 rooms and a hallway so we chose one that did a good job for $5,400. It was very nice to talk to this contractor.
