I absolutely love working with my handyman, Patrick! He is courteous, respectful, friendly, incredibly efficient, and—best of all—he can tackle just about any home project I throw his way. We recently moved into a new home, and I had a long list of projects that felt completely overwhelming. What I thought would take me weeks to get done, Patrick knocked out in just three days! I hired this handyman to enclose a rabbit pen, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The job was never completed, and the work that was done was subpar — we had to buy additional materials ourselves just to fix things that weren’t done correctly. When I asked for a refund, we agreed on an amount, but I’ve only received partial payment so far and have little confidence the rest is coming. Unfinished work, poor quality, and a refund promise that hasn’t been honored. I can’t recommend this service.

Patrick did a great job with my deck repair. Even though he had limited availability, he communicated clearly about his schedule and made the effort to come out as soon as he could. He showed up prepared with the measurements I provided, replaced the damaged board efficiently, and got the job done without any issues. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with—I’d definitely recommend him for anyone needing quality work done.

Patrick is very friendly and approachable; however, his attention to detail and cleanliness left much to be desired. He assembled my gym equipment before completing the ceiling pop-up, which resulted in plaster getting all over the machine and surrounding floor area. On top of that, the equipment was put together incorrectly, causing parts to break. I was also disappointed to find that he mixed plaster in the sink, making cleanup even more difficult. While he is a nice person, I cannot give him a higher rating based on the quality of his work.

Patrick is a nice enough guy, but unfortunately he does not do good work and when his poor work breaks down, he ghosts out. Pictured below...the screen he "repaired" 7 days after he "repaired" it. Also, the text thread of him ignoring my messages. I hate leaving negative reviews because I understand this is someone's business...but I have no other recourse.

I don't mind rescheduling due to a family emergency, which we did. We went from Monday at 5 to Thursday at 5 and he contacted me at 4:20 to say he's two and a half hours out indicating he wasn't even in route yet. He was outright rude in his final response. He had four days to plan for this "appointment". Reply to your response. That's no excuse to call me a "cunt". That's rude. I merely cancelled, that's not rude.
