Bill was super helpful. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and explained what was going on & how he was dealing with the different issues as they came up in the course of getting my machine up & running.

It was hard to select just three positive attributes out of five because they all apply. He got back to me immediately; fixed the problem the next day (and it was a challenging one); was very professional but also friendly. Totally positive experience. He actually messaged me the next day with some additional info on what had possibly caused the problem.
This being my first time using thumbtack, Bill was the first too respond to me and reach out regarding my pc build. He made the price very cheap for me even though he had to make three trips, first being my home to get the pc, then he took it home to test the parts and returned it. He didn’t complain nor fuss, he was straight on the job and even when he did tell me what was wrong with it, he still checked in days after to see if it was fully repaired. Honestly 10/10 I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Quick response, my computer C drive was crashed, bill replace new HD save 80% data from D drive, now computer work smoothly and C drive have more space 👍
