With over 30 years in IT, I’ve built a career on curiosity, hands‑on problem solving, and a genuine love for helping people. I started out fixing computers and tinkering with electronics, which led me into multimedia development during the early digital boom. From there, I spent 14 years at Johnson & Johnson Pharma, supporting end‑user environments and partnering closely with R&D labs to keep critical systems running smoothly. Most recently, I served as the Global Print IT Lead at Kenvue, guiding enterprise print operations and modernizing workflows across the organization. I’m now channeling all of that experience into PC Support Doctor, my new venture focused on helping people solve every day tech issues with clarity, patience, and real expertise. It’s a return to the roots of what sparked my career — fixing computers, understanding how things work, and making technology feel simple and approachable. No matter the role, the core has stayed the same: I’m driven by the challenge of making technology work better for people — whether that’s troubleshooting a stubborn machine, optimizing a workflow, or diving into the guts of a device just to understand how it ticks.

Eric was very straight forward in his approach to the issue I had with my laptop. He asked enough questions to determine the fix without ever seeing it. We set up a time for him to do the repair at my home and promptly arrived at the agreed upon time. He was fully prepared and executed the repair in a very short time. I couldn't be happier with the result. I will certainly call upon him again if the need arises.

It would not let me select all 5 options for how pleased i am. There was nothing but transparency the entire time i had my computer remoted into. I will definitely be returning for any if all errors in regards to my gaming pc.

I received a text from PC Doctor shortly after going into thumbtack asking for help as far as computer problems. I did receive a text from another company but they took a lot longer to respond to me. I went with PC Doctor and spoke with Eric, we set up appropriate time for him to help me remotely and he contacted me immediately at the time we had set up. and relatively short period of time he corrected all the problems in my computer. he did state that if he could not do it remotely and I would have to meet on site that any money that I had put in for the remote service would be included as far as an on-site. I did not have to meet him on site he fixed everything remotely he was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing at all times. should I have any other problems with my computer in the future I would definitely go back to the pro doctor and look for Eric
