I hired PCH to demo the dirt/rock border to my patio then add pavers. They also added a much more efficient drain and also repaired a leak to the old drain. After that the entire patio was power washed prior to a glossy sealant being applied. David and alfredo were very professional, always on time and did a great job! They always answered all of my questions and concerns.James the owner always checked in and made sure the project was going smoothly. I highly recommend!

About PCH
Hello my name is James N. Owner operator of PCH ( Pacific Custom Hardscape )
Reviews
Fantastic on responsiveness. Completely explained next step and what needs to be done. Willing to work all along the way. I truly appreciated the assistance
My masonry pro arrived on time, charged me a great fair price, finished the job promptly, and did a great job. I would definitely hire PCH again.
I would give James and Alfredo TEN stars if I could. I contacted several companies, none of which responded. James responded the same day but then I had to put my project on hold for a week or two. When I got back to James, he was there as promised, Alfredo started, worked four days and completed as promised. Hire PCH and you won't be sorry. I would recommend him to friends, family and neighbors without hesitation.
PCH is a wonderful company. James, Luis and the crew have an amazing work ethic and do exceptional work. They work hard all day every day, leave the job site clean and tidy for the next day, and produce absolutely amazing results! James is always available to make suggestions and answer any questions. This is a great company that takes pride in their work and and the end result reflects that. They go above and beyond! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
Pavers work was completed within a week after hiring James. James and his crew punctual and fulfilled all his work commitments. James even helped us answering questions asked by HOA.
James and crew were excellent in installing our backyard landscape. I researched the cost and James was right on target. We made a change with the original plans, but his crew was very accommodating and never missed a step. I highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again.
My wife and I are so happy with our new backyard! We have a small yard that was in bad shape and not very functional or enjoyable. We met with James and he understood what we wanted. Additionally we had roughly a 3 week deadline due to our community driveway being repaved and he said he could get it done before the deadline. His crew (Luis, Ervin & Estevan) worked very hard to make the concept a reality. During the process, James was very accommodating whether it was texts, calls or meetings early in the morning before work. We made multiple changes to the plan during the job but the crew responded without any problems. Ultimately the job was done in 2 weeks and James took our idea and made a functional & beautiful oasis! Thank you James for making our vision a reality! Thank you Luis, Ervin and Estevan for all your hard work and professionalism!
Great Experience and the final product came out great
James expedited project and it was done flawlessly.
