Better than promised

I took my external hard drive to them to see about data recovery. Although they were not able to complete the job, they did refer me to another company they work with and even offered to ship the hard drive themselves. Although, as it turns out, data recovery was impossible, the assistance that PCS gave me was stellar and well beyond my expectations.

I located Progressive Computer Solutions with my Web research because I was looking specifically for a local business where I could interact with a professional in person. The first thing that impressed me was the Web site for the company and the testimonials from clients. I contacted the company and they replied immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. Very impressive. The extensive background experience of Chris and the service he provided was extremely professional and very affordable. The company guarantees no charges for labor if files are not recovered. I do not think you will find this type of guarantee anywhere else. I highly recommend working with this company no matter where you are located – it is an extremely professional company.
