Pro Roofing went above and beyond on communication, work quality, and flexibility! The owner was transparent from day one, detailing materials, repairs, and exact scope. They offer a winning combination of competitive pricing, top-tier craftsmanship, and great service. The crew worked tirelessly and finished the entire roof in just two days without cutting a single corner. We were so impressed that we hired them on the spot to replace our gutters too. The owner gave us a great price, and they had the new gutters installed the very next day. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

My husband and I are so glad we chose Marco and his crew to replace our roof. I had gotten several quotes from other roofers that day but after talking with Marcus I knew he heard me and was able to give me the best quote to fix all my needed repairs and expectations. I want to thank him and the crew for going above and beyond in completing our roofing project. They are a confident, hard working and very knowledge crew. Thank you for absolutely everything and for making our old extremely old roof safe and beautiful again.
they went to the property to give us a quote very quick
We called PCS Pro Roofing to inspect our roof because one exhaust vent flap was missing. Before they arrived, we had clear pictures showing that only ONE vent flap was missing. After the inspection, they suddenly claimed there were TWO damaged vents that needed replacement. When we checked afterward, the second vent flap appeared freshly and intentionally broken. We strongly believe the second one was damaged during their visit in order to charge us for additional work. When we confronted them, they completely denied it. Since then, we’ve had several other contractors inspect the roof, and multiple professionals independently told us the damage on the second vent looked intentional rather than caused by normal wear and tear. This was an extremely dishonest and unprofessional experience. We would strongly recommend avoiding PCS Pro Roofing.
Marcos and his team are professional with good expertise. They helped me fix a long running problem with roof leak. They just showed up and fixed in one day for me. They also helped me replace my leaking skylight. Beautiful work. Really appreciate their work and responsible attitude. 5 stars!
Marcos, with PCS Roofing is fantastic. I thoroughly recommend him. My roof had a hole in it due to a limb strike but I didn't know it was damaged until water came in through the ceiling. on the day Marcos arrived to do the estimate, he patched the hole, stopping the water coming in. he then assessed the roof and let me know that the roof had another good five years in it but was missing flashing at the roof edge, which guides water into the gutters. he gave me a reasonable quote for the work and at a later date, efficiently installed the flashing. I'm very happy with the work he did and am glad I hired him.
Great price, on time, clean up after themselves. Nice people. Pleasant to wok with. Will come back for new roof on my other houses.
Was very quick to address the plumbing vet issue we were having. Quoted us much lower than another company. Would work with them again for future issues
Thumbtack needs a 6-star option for PCS Pro. If you’re reading reviews, stop and book them. Marcos is the best roofer I’ve worked with in the U.S. or Canada. He showed up fully prepared, got on the roof during the estimate, quickly found the real source of the water damage, and gave me a fair price. Scheduling was fast, and the job was done right the first time. Marcos and his brother double-checked everything for quality. On top of the repair, they recommended and fixed vent updates, mold concerns, and pipe connections to extend the roof’s life — all in the same visit. True professionals and incredibly customer-focused. They’ve earned my trust for life.
Marcos was quick to act on our roof leak request. He showed up at 7AM as promised the very next day. He took pictures, explained the cause of the leak, and provided a detailed report along with pricing to fix it. Marcos and his team showed up as promised on the day of repair and got things done. Once again, he shared a report with pictures explaining what was fixed. He also provided recommendations for the long-term durability of the roof.
They took pictures of the area and repairs were clearly explained. The were prompt and courteous
Quick, professional, good value. I needed help getting a roof on in bad weather and these guys came through and got it done on time and on budget.
