Very happy I had Bruce and crew complete my project of finishing out my shed to office/gym conversion. He did a stellar job, was very communicative, finished by the target date and was overall just a pleasure to work with. I will be calling again if I have any other projects.

We are so happy with our porch addition. Bruce and his guys (Zach and Sandy) were fun to work with. I had a vision and they pulled it off. My wife and I are extremely excited to spend time outside without dealing with bugs now. Highly recommend PDQ .
14 day job turned into almost 30 days and only 25% complete plus so much more…he “said” he was going to primer before paint and he did not, he “said” he could do an orange peel ceiling texture and he could not, he “said” he could do a fade aka ombré and he could not, he did 5 days of “prep” and he did not, he “said” he had a crew and he did not. He did not have insurance when I found him on Thumbtack however he did go buy some because we would not hire him without it. He damage my Dining room table (made him fix it), he was storing paint supplies and wet rags on my $1000 Lazy Boys without any covering and of course got paint on both of them (made him clean it off of one and did not discover the second one with paint in it until afterwards), he painted the utility room and did not put the drain hose back for washer and I flooded my kitchen Halloween night after trying to do a load of clothes, I can go on…. He is not a man of his word and he was terminated and I would not recommend him to anyone. Oh did I add he started this Oct 4th so we would have plenty of time for host a community event for Halloween, have Thanksgiving and Christmas with our families and needless to say none of what we envisioned for ourselves and our families will not be happening as we are still living out of boxes trying to find another company to complete the job. So a $8,000 paint job is now going to be $11,000 since PDQ required $3,000 up front. Here are just a few pics of his work…Thanks Bruce and sorry Thumbtack, I will never use your search ever again.
We added a wall to separate two room and added a closet in one one. Ran into a snag on electrical, but they had a plan right away and it didn't push the project back much. Great guy and great work.
Bruce did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him for any job.
We haven't signed a contract with him yet and he is going to be starting it on the 28th. I can't really five him a rating at this time
I hired Bruce... (a liar and a con artist )from PDQ home improvement....for complete home remodel....at first he seemed very earnest and down to earth he seems like a good man...I thought to myself boy was I wrong....his work was sloppy he cut corners whenever my project was supposed to be finished he wasn't even a quarter through he would...from faking receipts to charging me for materials I didn't even need and directly lie to me about it through his snaggletooth...re sheetrock my house without putting up insulation at the end of the day he didn't even finish my house I haven't heard from him in weeks he is a scammer and a con artist and he took my money and ran I highly advise you find someone who knows what they're doing unlike this liar here!!!
We were NOT the least pleased with Bruce. He was slow - would come part days and even skip some days. We had a deadline, which was discussed BEFORE signing a contract and we even put in the contract that he would work consecutive days - little did we know that would mean short days at best. He broke a window he installed and told us he would get someone to repair it and we haven't heard yet - several months. He was asked to spray some mold a second time - after we sprayed it and before he sheet rocked. He said it wasn't active - it now has gone all over - thanks Bruce. So now we are ripping out sheet rock he put in to treat the mold and we will do the job right. We use to have a handyman service and had so much business we could hardly keep up, because we were honest, on time, courteous etc. So we understand the business and we could NEVER RECOMMEND Bruce.
We were very pleased with the work of Bruce Cromeans from PDQ. He was very professional, very easy to work with accomodating all request and questions. His prices were reasonalbe and his work was well done. The job took longer than expected due to weather and other delays but was finished to our satisfaction.
We are exceptionally pleased with the work done by PDQ Home Improvements. Bruce Cromeans was reasonably priced, completed the work in a timely manner, and the work done was excellent. Bruce is easy to work with and very professional. We will come back to PDQ for future work!
