This was the first time I have used them. Highly recommend them. Every aspect was great. Lisa who contacted me first, has been highly responsive to my messages and kept me up to date on all the communications. She was wonderful. They performed the job well, cleaned driveway, patio and the house very well and shined the gutters too. They also gave me the best deal - great value. Overall, great customer experience. I will use them again.

Very professional and quick to respond to your questions
excellent cleaning, on time. on cost, adding extra cleaning without extra charge, helping me shieling shrubs, rinsing shrubs after wall siding cleaning, very nice workers, highly recommend.
They were very helpful and friendly and did a good job. That is why I went back to them for a second time. :)
Team came quick, the price was really good and they did a great job.
Wonderful experience! Very professional and communicative. Fast and Easy to schedule an appt in the time frame that was needed for my project. Communication the whole entire project. With before and after photos. Highly recommend.
Job was done quickly, professionally with friendly workers.
Lisa started off the process with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Alex was the one who came to our house and did an amazing job on our siding and driveway. We would definitely use them again.
Alex and Lisa were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Despite some scheduling hiccups due to “day of” machinery issues, communication was consistent throughout. Alex went above and beyond—staying late, coming back early the next day, and never rushing the job. He was meticulous and made sure everything looked great. When I noticed a couple of missed spots (due to my miscommunication), he happily unpacked his gear and took care of it on the spot. Top-notch service—I’d absolutely work with them again and highly recommend them!
Great, honest, license& bonded, established local business. They value quality and hospitality over anything else. Definitely the business to choice if you desire a customer and quality business approach.
Installed permanent lighting on 2 story caps and eves. Thoroughly explained the process and final install of lighting was clean. Would recommend the service
I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service PDX Premier Soft Wash provided. Despite the scope far beyond what was anticipated for Alex and Dan, they remained committed to the project. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond were extremely appreciated, and sets this company apart. We look forward to the opportunity to work with PDX Premier Softwash again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.
Great Experience- will definitely use again. Alex and his team did an outstanding job on my back patio and on a sidewalk that was overgrown with lichen and moss. Great to work with and highly recommend.
Booked through thumbtack app needing a person to install our Christmas lights. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and the turn around time of getting someone out here was less than a week. Roman and Daniel arrived early and did a fantastic job. They even ran down to purchase more clips for me as I had run out. Would definitely recommend PDX Premier Softwash for lights and now I will likely schedule next year for gutters and windows!!!!!
PDX Premier Softwash crew showed upon time, were very pleasant, got right to work, did a great job of taking down our holiday lights, cleaned out gutters, and treated our garage roof for moss growth. Would highly recommend them, and would hire them again.
Great work! Recommend for anyone wanting lights installed! Will definitely use them again in the future.
This company did a great job installing our Christmas lights. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They even came back out to our house later to rehang a string of lights that had fallen down due to the wind. I would highly recommend PDX Premier Softwash.
These guys understand putting up Christmas lights, know all the 'tricks'. At the same time, they took the time to listen/understand what I wanted (I already had the lights and a plan) and completed the job quickly, accurately.
Alex & crew are awesome!!. They are super responsive and professional and did a great job in my budget
Wonderful experience from start to Finish! Took all of my changes, questions and adapted. They are so wonderful when it comes to Christmas lights and they may have been as excited as I was to have them put up on the 1st of November!
