It was a pleasure working with Peak Performance Construction and I highly recommend them. They were very responsive and quickly designed a plan to re-route rain water from a large steep roof to the street. The scope included excavation, concrete cutting and repair, new pipe installation and returning landscape to original condition. The staff were all pleasant to work with and highly skilled. They solved a flooding problem we had struggled with for years! I will use them again.

Peak Performance did an amazing job waterproofing my upstairs balcony. They were so efficient, and I feel like the work is very high quality.

Selling a home that needed a pool replaster while living out of state. Erick came in under budget and ahead of schedule. Started work the next day, kept me updated daily with photos on the progress, and finished everything ahead of schedule. The pool looks amazing - highest possible recommendation for Erick and his team!

I posted on Thumbtack to get some quotes from companies on doing epoxy on my garage floor. Peak Performers Construction were the first to respond. Christian came out the next morning, between that time I had received two other quotes from other companies. Erick and Christian matched their offer and were ready to start the next day. I needed a little more time to prep and within a week later they sent Robert out to do the job. In just 6 hours the job was completed. I wanted my floor to look a little darker and they gladly added more flakes to give it a bit of a darker shade, which make me happy. Erick, Christian, and Robert answered all my questions and concerns. Erick and Christian personally stopped by to check out final work and to make sure I was satisfied. I also like that it comes with a year warranty, just in case. Peak Performers is a smaller company that does great work. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys! Here are some before, during, and after photos.

Disappointing from the start. A project that was supposed to take 11 days was terminated by me after more than a month. The quality was highly dependent on the worker. One was excellent, one good, but went down quickly from there. Having a Spanish speaker in the home would be helpful. Some of the workmen communicated well, others not so much. The young man assigned to repair damaged kitchen tiles was unfamiliar with the product, which was sloppily applied and likely cheap as it had failed within a few weeks. Multiple tiles on the floor of the shower in the bathroom were damaged while they were being regrouted. To repair this would require a new pan and new tile. Estimated cost of several thousand dollars to repair the damage they did. We have decided to live with it for now. Varnish was dripped on and allowed to dry on the bathroom tile floor. The first set of cupboard doors were installed and then rejected by us due to very poor quality. Looking at the pictures, they clearly should not have been installed in the first place. The second was so poorly painted that the paint was damaged during installation, and we sent those back to be re-painted. About this time, we terminated the contract. When the cupboards were finally installed, we put up with the poor quality and odiferous paint for 2 or 3 weeks before hiring someone to remove them, sand them down and repaint them with a high-quality paint that we selected and paid for. While sanding the kitchen counters, the room should have been sealed better to keep more of the dust out of the living room and kitchen. As the cupboard doors had been removed, all our dishes and dry goods were covered with a layer of dust. Some of the tasks were well done. Molding around the mirrors, varnishing the bathroom cabinets, painting the island in the kitchen. The first thing they did was remove our cupboard doors. The last thing they did, unsuccessfully was to try to replace them three times. The owner will argue that no job is finished until a final walk-through; that we terminated the contract to save money, and that they never had the opportunity to finish the job. My argument was that I didn’t want to risk any more damage to my house. We won’t be saving money. By the time we’re done, we will likely to have paid more.

Erick was a pleasure to work with. He came out quickly & came up with the most effective solution. He installed drains, waterproofing, retaining wall & French drain along the side of my house. I’ve worked with a number of contractors in the past but know if I want the job done right this is the company that will make sure not to cut corners while also not ripping you off. Thief goal is to come up with the best solution. Very reasonable, honest, & overall fantastic job. Highly recommend!!! 5star all around

Mine was an odd project, the end product was great, and less than the other bid. Hope to work with this contractor again in the future.

Erik stands behind the work performed. I had a cieling heat lamp assembly replaced in my bathroom. It required removing the old assembly and installing the new one. There was some drywall modification involved. Matching the cieling drywall texture around the heat lamp assembly didn’t match the first time. Erik made it right and had the whole bathroom cieling textured with no additional cost. I will definitely look to him for any repairs or projects in the future.
