The dirt removal was completed, but the pricing changed multiple times from the original estimate. I provided an accurate description of the volume (0.5 cubic yards), which is a very standard amount for someone with extensive experience in this type of work. Despite that, the estimate shifted from $200 to ‘possibly $350,’ and then increased again by another $50 after the job was finished. I value transparency and accurate upfront estimates, especially from professionals who regularly handle similar jobs. The repeated price increases made the experience less positive.

Evan was clear, transparent, and asked all of the right questions to set this job up for success. He and his team got going quickly, and worked diligently with a really tough job. They let us know when they ran into some unexpected snags, and moved forward with our input, guaranteeing nothing was damaged and everything was to our liking. We'll definitely hire PeakOne again in the future.
Easy and quick communication. Showed up on time, finished in the time allotted.
They did a great job getting rid of my dirt problem! I would recommend them to friends and family members
Can’t say enough great things about this company and Evan in particular! He was punctual, super fair about pricing, worked efficiently yet thoughtfully with my things – the list of positives goes on. Honestly saved me super last-minute with this move after my other moving guys accidentally double-booked and my FedEx pickup no-showed the day I needed to be out of my apartment… I’ll DEFINITELY be recommending this company to my family and friends in Denver!
Top notch guys. Showed up on time, great communication, and impressive work. There is zero chance I would have been able to move my couch into the basement without them. Accurate quote and time estimation Worth every penny ( and a little extra 🫡 )
I needed some items moved in preparation for my garage floor replacement. Evan responded quickly with a reasonable quote. His team accommodated my time frame. They arrived on time and efficiently relocated the items. I will definitely use PeakOne in the future.
Great work, quick and responsive. Thanks!
