HOLY SMOKES!!! Rami is my savior! Rami called me so quickly after submitting my job order. I gave him the run down on what I have tried so far and the symptoms of the problem. He immediately remoted into my secondary system and started to get to work. He and I Diagnosed the WHOLE SYSTEM! Which took hours!!! He was very patient and diligent.
