The staff is professional and responsive. All related questions and issues have been taken care of successfully during this backyard project. They gave a lot of thought to the project and try to make it better. However, the crews are gone without replying to messages when there are still things that initially agreed on left behind. The quality of sod installation and pavers later (after 6 months approx.) proved to be not as we expected and perceived at the beginning.
Cheapest quote. Work took longer than expected. He ran out of materials and I had to finish filling the paver sand myself.
The end product could have been so much better. I was told to contact jose anytime after the completion if I have any problems but no one picks up the phone or answers my emails. Similar to another review you get what you pay for.
I think Jose underestimated the job, saying it was a 1 day job that turned into 3. Still did a fantastic job and will be calling on him for upkeep. Only suggestion to him would be better communication when he’s gone for a lengthy amount of time. Very nice and a hard worker.
They took every safety precaution, we were very pleased the set up plywood to not damage the driveway. They finished in one day and were easily a great experience. Thanks you guys!

Jose stoped by the house for pine tree trimming. Initially, he said he can do it with his two staffs. During middle of working, he asked adding two more staffs with double pay. I've ignored his request. Then, he has cut small ded branches only.
We had expected a professional job, what we ended up with was what you would expect from your basic unlicensed garden service. They did the work, but at the end of the job left things pretty sloppy. The job called for new sprinklers. They underestimated the number of valves required for adequate pressure, leaving several sprinkler heads not working. When asked to correct the problem, they wanted another $450. The job also called for placing new sod, which they did but the end result was poorly done. Sod sections that had gaps, or were loosely placed, overlapped the concrete edges or loose dirt that should have been leveled or removed. They were cheaper then a few of the more professional organizations we had bid the work. I guess you get what your pay for.
