Dane just finished putting tile in our new bathroom and from start to finish he was excellent. Attention to detail, communication, friendly, truly caring about doing his best work for us. He charged a very fair price, and tried to save us money where he could. The bathroom is absolutely stunning down to the smallest detail. If I could leave ten stars I would. Thanks Dane!!!

About Pence Remodeling
I’ve spent over 25 years in home maintenance and remodeling, starting with projects for myself, friends, and family before turning my passion into Pence Remodeling. Today, I’m a licensed Residential Builder – Maintenance & Alteration individual, and a one‑man shop, so you work directly with me from start to finish. I offer handyman services as well as full home and bathroom remodels, including demo down to the studs when needed, with design consulting available. Licensed plumbing and electrical professionals handle any necessary system changes, and I provide complete finishing services such as drywall and trim. For bathroom remodels, I typically schedule a short on‑site visit to take measurements and discuss your ideas before providing a quote. For smaller handyman projects, a phone call is usually all we need. Thank you, and I look forward to helping with your project. – Dane
Reviews
Dane was amazing! Highly recommend him to everyone: he did our backsplash and it turned out beautiful!
Dane installed some baseboard and quarter round for me. He did a great job, he didn't overcharge for materials, and his Labor cost was very reasonable. He is a nice guy and easy to talk to. I would recommend him for your next home improvement project.
I gave Mr. Pence a drawing of what I wanted my daughter's closet to look like and he made it happen. He did an amazing job!
… the professionalism and value. I was so pleased with the prompt reply and schedule flexibility. Dane and his associate Andrew were very accommodating and attentive to my preferences. It was a complicated assembly with many parts. They were also very personable. I would definitely hire again. Thank you
